What Does netspdr-cli Do?

The netspdr-cli tool is the first attempt to solve the problem in question. It is a simple cli program to showcase the fundamental algorithms of calculating the distance and the speed between a network station and a device.

CLI is very primitive without storing data into persistent storage or database. It is a tool running on your local machine and has no relation to the cloud, although I am using Github Actions to build and pack the final package.
